When you're away our Property Management Monthly Supervision facility can provide a full range of services to look after our home:

- Regular visits to check your home

- Verify and pay bills including telephone, electricity, water and gas, house insurance, alarms and any other relevant bills

- Life is not the same in Portugal as the rest of Europe and so properties are often run on gas bottles which we ensure are delivered on time.

- Annual payment of Property Tax

- If you have an alarm fitted we will link ourselves with the security company if needed

- We'll keep you informed of any changes to your property or any legal situations arising

- If there is a problem, for example power cuts, flooding, wrong billing or equipment failure, we will resolve it as quickly as possible

 In addition to our Monthly Supervision service we provide a complete domestic repair and servicing facility using our own experienced team of plumbers, electricians, painters and craftsmen.
